He has won more than 40 first prizes in national and international competitions, including First Prize at the Alhambra International Guitar Competition, the Tokyo International Guitar Competition, “Michele Pittaluga” Competition in Italy, as well as Second Prize at the “Francisco Tárrega” Competition in Benicàssim and the “Andrés Segovia” Competition in La Herradura.

He has performed in the United States, Japan, Mexico, China, and across Europe, appearing in concert halls such as the Palau de Les Arts, Ishikawa Ongakudo, Shanghai Concert Hall, the Palau de la Música de València, and the United Palace in New York.

As a soloist, he has collaborated with the Orquestra de València, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, the RTVE Orchestra, and soloists from the NHK Symphony Orchestra.

In 2018, he recorded his first album, Con tanta tenerezza, and in 2025 he received a Latin GRAMMY nomination for Best Classical Album for his recording Brouwer, Erena & Others: Guitar Works (Naxos, 2024).

His artistic path is rooted in a strong musical tradition and reflects a distinguished lineage of guitarists that has profoundly shaped his artistic development, which began at the age of four under the guidance of his father, guitarist Rubén Parejo. He completed his higher studies at the “Joaquín Rodrigo” Conservatory of Music in Valencia.
